How much will it cost to remodel our kitchen?

Kitchens are like most anything else that you purchase: the costs are entirely dependent on the price of the materials chosen and the complexity of the job. It is good to keep in mind that a remodeled kitchen is an investment that will increase the value of your home. We offer cabinetry at many different price levels to fit your budget and give you the best design within that budget.

How long will it take to remodel our kitchen?

A small job will take less time to complete; larger or more complex jobs take more time. There are three phases to the complete project. Phase One is The Design Phase. We can move very quickly through the Design Phase. In some cases, clients will take from several weeks to several months to make final decisions on the style and the finish of their cabinetry. In addition to the cabinet choices, decisions on countertops, appliances, back splashes, and flooring also need to be made. Once those decisions have been made, we can order the cabinets and phase two begins. Phase Two: Cabinet Lead Time. Lead time varies from manufacturer to manufacturer but typically takes approximately 6-12 weeks to be delivered. Phase Three: Job Completion Stage. From the start of the rip out, through fit, to a fully working kitchen is typically 7-14 days based on type of worktop. Times will vary based on the complexity of the job, and your designer will be able to give you a more specific time frame based on your job requirements.

Are your services limited to kitchens

NO, absolutely not! We are often commissioned to design and project manage the whole projects from start to finish.

Yes, we will bring a laptop to your house to provide design ideas. We can also work off photos of designs you may like

What if I want to purchase just the cabinets?

You can purchase the cabinets only if you prefer. We would design the project, confirm the measurements, and provide a supportive role throughout your project.

If I have a small budget, will you do my kitchen?

Yes, of course. We carry a full line of products that can meet most budgets. Our creative design team can really help you with your budget. If you have a smaller budget, it is even more important for you to put your investment in the trustworthy hands of our professionals. Designs provides you with far more ideas, more inspiration, more attention to detail, more service, and more quality options for your budget. If you choose us to install and do the complete project, our team oversees every aspect of your renovation including all the general contracting, tradespeople, schedules, and project details to ensure a seamless installation.

What’s the difference between working with an Architect or Interior Designer vs. a Certified Kitchen & Bath Designer?

We work with allied professionals all the time; these are not mutually exclusive relationships. Usually an architect defines the general space particularly if an extension is involved, and we do the detailing and specific planning. Interior designers help select colors and style but don’t generally do the actual layout or drafting if not required.
Kitchen and bathroom designers deal with specified kitchen or bathroom projects from start to finish.

What brands of appliances do you sell?

We are dealers of numerous appliance manufacturers, both built-in and free-standing; please refer to the products page in the client resources section of the website for a list of these manufacturers and brands. We highly recommend clients purchase their appliance package through us for several reasons. We offer highly competitive and often the lowest prices available for appliances. We do not view appliances as a profit center, we view it as an added-value service part of our business. We do it because it’s a win-win. It’s a win for both of us because we take the responsibility off of you, we give you the lowest price, and we control the ordering, timing, and delivery of the product. We also know that there will be no last-minute substitutions of a product that doesn’t get communicated to us that could potentially cause problems with the sizing or the installation.

What brands of cabinets do you install?

We carry a wide range of custom and semi-custom cabinetry in a variety of styles and price levels. The brands we offer are made in UK and some ranges come from EU.

What is a design fee, and why should I pay you for this service?

Kitchen design is absolutely free.
A design fee is only applicable to interior design or project management services. The fee works to ‘reserve’ our services, assuring your priority and quality. The design fee is ultimately applied to the total cost of your interior design project. The advantage to you in paying a design fee is that not only are a set of plans generated, but you are also hiring an expert design professional that will spend the time needed to educate you and give you all of the tools necessary for a successful design process. The details of the design fee will be discussed in the preliminary consultation phase. All fees are applied towards your project’s contract. We also offer a free in-home consultation to discuss your project.

Can I keep the design plans?

Throughout the design process, you will be provided with various drawings of your kitchen, which include detailed floor plans, perspective drawings, and elevations. All plans will be released upon signing your contract.

What do I need to give to my kitchen designer in order to commence work?

These are the things we need before we can begin designing your kitchen:

  1. Accurate measurements of your kitchen

  2. List of appliances you will use

  3. An understanding of your vision

Can I submit my kitchen design plans for building permit?

Most likely not. We are designing kitchens and only include information that is relevant for this work. That is, we do not include mechanical, electrical, lighting and plumbing schematics. Similarly, we are not licensed architects which means that we cannot suggest or design architectural changes such as moving/adding walls window etc.

What is the lead once I order ?

Your cabinetry is made to order, so the lead time starts when you approve the order and place your order. Total lead time from final order is 6-8 weeks.

There are missing or damaged parts. What do I do?

Don’t worry, if it was on the order we will replace it ASAP.

Our kitchen has been unpacked and we have found some damages, what now?

Don’t worry, we will take care of any damages that were caused by production or shipping. Simply let us know and we will either repair or replace the damaged cabinet. Please keep in mind that we accept damage warranty claims on uninstalled cabinets and reserve the right to accept a claim on an installed cabinet. If an installed cabinet claim is accepted you will be responsible for the cost of removal and replacement.

What is your return policy ?

All cabinets are made to order just for you based on your requirements and approval that we met them. Therefore, we do not accept returns of cabinetry or spare parts from your order.

What is your return policy?

Each job is built to order. To meet the lead times we are committed to you, we take steps to initiate production of your order immediately after you accept this proposal and make your payment. That is why all sales are final and you cannot change your order or cancel with a refund once you accept and pay for your order. Should there be something incorrect with your cabinetry order we are committed to replacing or repairing the issue in lieu of providing a refund.

What is your deposit and payment policy?

Full payment initiates production of your order. We accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. For your convenience, we accept credit cards over the phone or online

What is my agreement and guarantee when purchasing from you?

This comes directly from the quote you will receive with your renderings, floor plan, elevations and final pricing:

When you accept this quote you are also accepting Hebe-Creation Mutual Agreement and Guarantee

AGREEMENT
1. You understand that the cabinets are manufactured to sizes and specifications that are on the order form linked to your price line above. The High-resolution 3-D renderings are used for communication of design and are an artistic representation, they are not the documents that the manufacturer builds your cabinets from.
2. You agree that the order form meets your approval for color, texture, and door style, worktop choice, appliances and accessories if applicable .
3. You understand that we based your design and the resulting order using the measurements provided to us or obtained from our home measure service and as such cannot be responsible for the costs incurred for incorrect or field altered measurements done by your builder or fitter accept the last has been provided by us.
4. You and your contractor, or a home improvement professional verified the design and measurements.
5. You understand that we immediately begin production procedures after acceptance and cannot accept changes or cancellations. You may, on the other hand, order more parts if necessary.
6. You understand that Hebe-Creation shall not be responsible for situations created by uneven floors or levels, walls out of square or plumb.
7. You understand that Hebe-Creation does not consider claims for reimbursement for lost time wages due to shortage, damage or shipping related delays. In the event of shipping damages or replacement you are protected by your warranty and guarantee which includes replacement or field fix allowance.
8. You understand that it is your responsibility to apply for, obtain and pay for all necessary building permits as well as all local and/or government approvals. Hebe-Creation is not responsible for any violations of building, electric, plumbing, zoning or other municipal or governmental codes, ordinances or regulations.
9. You reviewed and understood the ‘Specification Guide’.
10. You reviewed your contract.

YOUR GUARANTEE
1.You are guaranteed to receive the cabinets and finishing pieces on your order form which includes the color, texture, door style, drawer box, casework you selected including worktop, appliances and accessories if applicable. 
2. You are guaranteed the quality features that make our product unique such as the quality assurance, UK or EU sourced, fabricated and assembled cabinets including the use of Blum® lift ups, drawer glides, and door hinges.
4. You are guaranteed to receive cabinets as outlined in your order.
5. You are guaranteed these quality features and specifications at the pricing on this quote.
6. You are guaranteed a warranty for as long as you own your home. 
7. You are guaranteed shipping damage replacement or field fix allowance should such an event occur.

Can I have a refund before the product is ordered?

We can give you refund only if the product is not ordered or the service has not begun.
